Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Internet business
How binding is a price on the internet? For example, if I find a price on an item
and place the order and get an confirm# and then the company finds that the
price was wrong do they have to honor the original price?

Re: Internet business
It depends on the specific facts involved -- i.e., was it an auction site? was it an individual seller?, etc. If you'd like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or 713-526-5364. Thank you.
