Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Internet opportunity
If someone on the internet proposed a 'retirment plan' where the participant would give the owner say $10 a month for 24 months and the owner would then give that person say $1000 a month for as long as that person continued giving him $10 a month, with no written agreements of any kind, would that be legal? Or just fall under the heading of 'a fool and his money'?

Re: Internet opportunity
That is one of the purest examples of internet fraud I have ever seen. The solicitor has no way and could have no intention of Paying out $1,000/mo for anybody's lifetime - unless the recipient was on life support and the plug was pulled immediately.
