Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Internet Software Web Sales
I am about to sell software over the internet and I am looking for, end user license agreements, general licence agreement, website legal notice, website privacy notice, and any other legal notice that I might need.
I will set up a web page to introduce software, and have a link to a second party who will handle the sale for me (visa, master charge, etc)

Re: Internet Software Web Sales
You could pay an attorney to generate all those documents, but why? Documents from shrink-wrap licenses to privacy notices are all over the web or with retail software. It just takes a little looking and reading.
If the looking and reading are too time-consuming, we could do it for you at $250 an hour.
