Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Invoice w/in 30 days or dont get paid

I own a daycare. I signed a contract w/CCMS, a non profit, for subsidized care to gain more business. They pay when poor people cant. Contract states if I do not invoice w/in 30 days or if I invoice incorreclty, I dont get paid at all. They have you because you cant use the service unless you sign and this service can bring you up to 100K year in extra money. Is this contract legal? They have already refused 7K in payments. If I sue can they legally keep me out of the program? Its a non profit public funded org that works with the State of Tx. Please email or call 972-740-5698

It's a legal contract. You signed it. You agreed to it. Live with it, or end it.
