Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
lack of control
there are two front doors(10 ft.apart). hydraulic was broken on one door, thus the door would slam shut. Last sat. My business partner was was going in & out swinging the door wide open so it would slam shut harder. my client was annoyed & asked her to please not slam the door again.she did, so my client locked the door. my partner came in thru the other door hollered ''bitch'' and signed w/ her finger. my client heard and saw her. she was shocked to learn this person owns 1/2 of the business. Today I overheard my bus.partner telling her clients that I tried to lock her & her clients out of the shop. She omitted the rest. We did not attempt to lock her out of the shop there are 2 entrance doors. My room is by the door,it was a cold day, she showed no respect for my client and her behavior was childish. she has acted this way towards me for a long while, I'm requesting mediation to discuss buy out. However she will not speak to me in a cival manner . In the meantime my client is noting the incident and having it notorized. will this help? what else can I do? I feel that I'm being slandered . she turns everything around and writes self serving letters that carry no merit, lying to gain advantage.I need as much advice as I can get!!!

Re: lack of control
If your partner won't cooperate, you're going to have to hire a lawyer to help you dissolve the partnership.
