Landlord issue.
Should I be obligated to pay my landlord when he has contractors using my electricity raising the bill more than two hundred dollars than normal?

You should be able to deduct the increase in the electric bill from the lease rent, but you need to inform the landlord in writing and document the numbers compared to previous months. The landlord may put up a fight but the landlord is probably responsible for the work of the contractor.
