Kevin B. Murphy

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Any principal officer of the corporation would probably be fine. Titles like President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice Presidents, etc. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
Mr. Franchise - Kevin B. Murphy, B.S., M.B.A., J.D.
