Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am leasing a facial room in a dr's office. I am restricted to the hours of operations of the office and cannot be on the premises without the doctor. If the hours are from 9-5 and the doctor leaves at 12, but I have clients until 4, do I have to cancel my appointments because the doctor leaves early even though I am within the hours of operation?

Any attorney will say more information is needed. What does your lease say about this situation? What does the doctor say? Who is the landlord? Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
