Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Legal Agreement
I am looking for an agreement between two parties (businesses) for settlement of a previous verbal agreement to take a particular number of tangible assets in trade. 70% of the assets have been processes as agreed. The market value over a period of time has reduced the remaining assets 50%. We have settled on an agreed amount that includes an additional transaction with a portion of the value of remaining assets will be traded for cash due by a discount. I need the correct document to seal the agreement. We are a truck dealer and my customer is in the transportation business. I can be more detailed if necessary.

Re: Legal Agreement
It sounds like you need either an asset purchase agreement or a bill of sale. A business attorney should be able to paper this for you.
