AGREEMENT made on June 1, 2002 at 142 Technology Bldg., 3600 N. Garfield, Midland, Texas, between HAPPY PAWS, INC, a Texas corporation (the ''Client'') MURPHY KRAUSE (''Consultant''). In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this contract, the parties agree as follows:

Recitals

It is the desire of the Client to engage the services of the Consultant to perform for the Client accounting services, for HAPPY PAWS, INC., a kennel located in Midland County, Texas. It is the desire of the Consultant to consult with Michelle Mutt, President, Board of Directors, the officers of the Corporation, and the administrative staff, and to undertake, for the Client, consultation as to financial matters and records of the Corporation.

It appears to be a consulting agreement, home-grown and not the clearest. It's probably not an employment contract, although that isn't completely clear either.
