lein on customers
I own a n industrial helium ,rental & balloon retail business. We deliver all our helium cylinders to our customers. If I have an apartment management company that refuses to pay their bills, but still have my equipment. Can I place a lein on that property,the management co.or who-(maybe all?)?

No lien. The only liens allowed to be placed upon real property are judgment liens or liens for improving the real estate.
You'll have to sue them for the bill plus the value of your property they refused to return.
