Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
liability
business=permanent makeup and tatoo removal. Need legal form for customer to sign releasing me of liabiliy for any issues regarding services rendered. Is there a general form I can utilize releases me of liability..if so, where would I locate such a form on line?

While you may be able to find a general release form, the nature of your business is such that paying an attorney to prepare a specific release is probably the smarter course of action. The general forms also recommend seeking legal counsel to make sure the form does what you want.
If you just pick and choose, you're acting as your own lawyer. That's a risky business.
