Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
limited liability company
Hello
i have put a patent on a product and i formed a limited liability company in texas.i am now wanting to expand to the midwest and i have 3 salesman in st louis.my salesman are telling me that i have to register in st louis to sell.i dont think this is right.if this is the case what if i get a chain like walmart. do i have to register in all 50 states.
please help me.
