Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Limited Liability Corp
If a member of a LLC is nolonger involved in the business entity for which the LLC was registered for, how do we go about removing her legally as a member and the ''Registered Agent'' from the LLC?
What legal rights does she have if she is not removed from the LLC documents?

Re: Limited Liability Corp
You can change Registered Agent and Registered Office. That's a management decision. As far as removing her as a member, you'd have to look to your Operating Agreement as to how to buy her out.
So long as she is a member of the LLC she has all the rights and privileges of any other member, including the right to participate in the profits.
