Limited Liability Corporation
If a company is a Limited Liability Corporation, does the public have a right to know who the Board of Directors, CEO, President, etc. are and if so, where would you find that information?

The public does not have a right to that information with a privately held LLC. Some of that information may be available from the Secretary of State's office of corporate affairs.
