Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I own an LLC business and made my husband 10% partner. He has not been an active participant in the business for over 2 years and his 10% ownership has caused me some issues with legal papers, and financing. How do I remove him from the business?

The answer will depend on whether your husband will agree to his "removal".
A lawyer can consult with you and draft the paperwork you need to accomplish your business's goal of taking your husband out of the business's picture.
