Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
LLC or C Corp
Hello,
I'm starting a data storage business and am trying to decide between an LLC and a C Corp. I'm leaning towards C Corp for the tax benefits (not paying dividends of course) and I can't find a good reason to go the LLC route. What would you suggest?
Thanks,
Kevin Timmreck

You also have to look at your intermediate and long-term goals. Would you want to bring in others? Investors? The choice is what will serve you best over the life of the business, and is not necessarily an easy choice.
This is something to discuss, in detail, with a business lawyer.
