Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Llc & dba
I am forming an LLC for an existing business that is a sole prop.
What is the best way to transfer the dba so that it is ''New LLC'' DBA vs my personal name DBA...
I have read that you can dissolve the dba and reapply or transfer it and am curious for Texas what the best way to do this is and what the difference is legally?
