LLC Formation
We are in the process of forming an LLC with 3 members, one member is a Non Resident Alien but does have an SSN, can this person be a member of the LLC

Based on what you have written, the person may be a member the LLC. With three members, you might want to consider the implications of the percentages each member will own and how that might effect later decisions of the LLC's operations.
