Do we need to include the LLP in our logo in our website, business cards and paper system or just in all contracts?

Exactly. The LLP serves a purpose that is only fulfilled when the people dealing with you know the LLP is there.

Failure to add "LLP" or equivalent is misleading, and may remove the protecion that an LLP provides.
