How long is a business contract binding in Texas if there is no mention of contract length in the contract?

There is no easy answer to your question, as it would depend on the purposes of the contract. That said, the contract might be terminated, for example, if: the purpose of the contract was completed, the contract was breached, or express provisions of the contract provide for termination.
