I own a marketing company. The corporation my company is contracted is going through my employee lists, calling them asking to come to work for contracted corporation without my permission. Can they just take my employees without my permission?

well first it depends on what your agreement with the corporation says. If it states that they are allowed to engage in such actions then yes. If it is silent on that subject then you may have some options at your disposal but that would require a detailed look into your situation. I would suggest having a sit down with a business law attorney to go over your agreement with the corporation and see what options are available.
