Medical corporate law
i would like to know, if an individual that is not licensed to practice medicine and an individual that is licensed to practice medicine in the state of texas, join to open a clinic, thus forming a partenership.

It is not clear whether you want to form a professional partnership, professional corporation, a professional limited liability company, or something else.
Nevertheless,it appears that there might be a problem. However, depending on your objectives, there may be other ways to accomplish what you wish to do.
