Membership Contract
I sold a fitness center two yrs ago and in the contract I received a lifetime membership as part of the deal. Now this owner is selling. Don't I still recieve the lifetime membership to the center?

It all depends upon what he is selling. If just the assets, then you lose your lifetime membership. If he's selling the business, with all assets and liabilities, then you keep your membership.
