Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Being the middle man for a web service

I plan to start designing a managing web sites for people as a side job. Right now my method for doing so would be creating the sites from custom designs or otherwise purchased templates. If someone wants their site hosted and can not manage the site on their own, then I would get their site hosted (by another company) and charge for my services. My question is, are there any legal problems with me charging people for a service like the host that isn't mine as long as they know it isn't mine. And do I have to disclose to them who that host is?

Assuming you own the domain name, then you don't have to disclose who you are using to host the website. If your client owns the domain name, then the host will become known as soon as the name has to be renewed.
