Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Minor Buying Car - Can Minor Later Return Car and Void Sale?
If a minor buys a car outright for cash (no financing contract), can the minor return the car and void the sale anytime until (s)he reaches the age of majority?
I know minors can't generally be held to perform under contracts, but does the cash sale of a vehicle constitute a voidable contract after the vehicle has been paid for and delivered?

I agree with Mr. Bradie and I believe that there might be an argument that the car was necessary.

A contract with a minor is voidable by the minor. But waiting an extended period before voiding the contract my put you on the hook for unjust enrichment.
