Minor's ability to enter into a contract
Minor�s ability to enter into contracts and if entered, does that minor�s becoming an adult affect it�s legality.

Re: Minor's ability to enter into a contract
A minor can enter into a contract. However, that contract is voidable at the option of the minor, and for a few months after they reach majority.
