Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
My mortgage is with Bank of America with payment due date of the first of the month. On the first of each month I electronically send the payment to Bank of America but they do not record the payment as being received for 2 or 3 later. Each of those days the money floats within the Bank of America system cost my 50$plus a day .To me when I give a person a dollar that person has it when it reach his hand not when he put in his pocket. This practice seems to me as being fraudulent so is there tort law that covers this situation?

Stop paying electronically, and mail a check a few days before the due date. Lick a 44-cent stamp. Get the street address of the bank. Start mailing in your payments.
