Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
MSRP and my price
I am looking to sell a good that I can purchase for a price, charge way below the MSRP (say $200 less) and still make a profit. Is this legal, or will the manufacturing company of this good have grounds to sue me?

The answer to your question may lie in your contract with them; they will certainly stop selling to you because dumping the product hurts all their customers.
