Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Non-disclosure contracts
I am an amatuer inventor, attempting to go pro. I do not know if this type of stuff belongs on this forum, but as I do not know any lawyers personally this is the best way I can do this.
As I said before I'm an amatuer inventor, I've created a few prototypes before, but never did anything serious. Recently I've came upon a potentially-high money making invention. My problem is this, absolute lack of resources. I was wondering if it is possible for someone to help me write a non-disclosure contract, to have potential investors sign before I actually show them the invention, and attempt to gain resources. I have yet to get enough resources to patent the invention, so this is quite important to me.
If you are willing to help, please respond to this post with contact information, so I can fill you in on the rest of the details.

I would be glad to speak with you regarding this matter. You are correct in wanting to do this before you speak to any investors. If you would like to discuss this matter any further please give me a call at 210-789-7620.
