Non-work Related work place accident (parking lot/building)
I accidentally crashed through a glass payne wall ryding in the office parking lot at work on my lunch hour using some one else's motorcycle (less than 8 mph crash). I was hospitalized. My comapny want me to pay the damages to the building. A car was illegally parked in a tow zone that affected my ability to control the vehicle. Am I liable for the damages?
