Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Obtaining information from a grocery company
I've shopped at a local grocer near me here in Austin for 5 years. Recently, their behavior towards me has been bazaar for no reason that I could unofficially obtain. their security has been very aggressive towards me. I have no felony or misdemeaner records ... it couldn't be that. I'm no shoplifter ... there's been no question of me of that nature. I sincerely believe a third party outside the grocery and myself has made some claims against me to the grocery and it must have been really bad.
How do I find out, legally, if the grocer has discussed me with a hostile outsider who illegally blasted my integrity?
