Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

online advertising

I bought a phone and a plan online. On the website it said that the plan came with unlimited messaging, but when I got the phone and called my wireless provider they said that it did not have unlimited messaging. They said that I would have to pay extra for a texting plan. One of the main reasons I bought the plan in the first place was because of the unlimited messaging. I called the online company and told them the situation and the said that they would fix it and call me back within 48 hrs, but they didn't. I called about a week later and they said that they would not be able to fix it because it was a mistake on their website. They said they could give me a bluetooth headset as compensation, I don't even use those. So now I'm going to have to pay for a texting plan. If I were to get unlimited messaging now, it would be $20 a month, and I bought a 2 yr agreement, so that's $480 that should have been included in my plan. Is there something I could do to make the company pay for my texting plan? Isnt this false advertising?
