Re: Open a Referral services
A business is a business, whether at home or in a store-front. Check to see whether your business would be a violation of deed restrictions or restrictive covenants if you live in a subdivision.
Check with the State Comptroller to see if your business needs for a sales tax permit.
Check with your insurance agent to see what liabilities your referral service may have if you refer someone who performs a criminal act.
