Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Options For LLC Buyout
I am in an LLC company, my partner owns 51% and I own 49%. We have been approached by another comapny about the opportunity to sell our company. I am not ready to sell, my partner is. What are my options here? Can he sell our company without my consent? There are no operating agreements in writing. There is also not a buy/sell agreement in writing. What are my options here?
Thanks so much for your help with this pressing issue!
