Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

I own an office furniture business. The owner of a business building contacted me to purchase some office furniture, which the did. They also had 5 offices they were setting up to lease. So to help them as well as myself, we agreed to the following. I would setup 5 offices of furniture, which they would only be required to pay for once they leased or rented the offices they had available. Until then, I could either sell the furniture to other people, etc. When I finished setting up the furniture the property manager agreed the furniture was suited for the job. However, a week later the building owners viewed the furniture and it they didn't like it. They contacted me to come remove the furniture. I was sick for 2 weeks, in which time they left a message stating they would move the furniture until I picked it up. I called the property manage, which told me they owners had changed their mind and have decided to continue since they had ''put money and effort into cleaning up the furniture.'' If the agreement fails to continue, what options do I have to obtaining my furniture back, and what possible legal standing do they have to prevent that acquisition? No money or contracts have changed hands, although they agreed to 500$ deposi
