partner using llc without my concent
My partner is using our llc without
my consent and without me
receiving any compensation.I do
not want to be liable for his actions
and he has not bought me out. I
am in the state of Texas, what
should I do?

How is the partner using the LLC without your consent. How much ownership interest do each of you have? Are there any other members? Is there an operating agreement?
