Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am a partner in an llc in Texas with 2 other people. I am moving and would like to get out. My partners are ok with that. I do not want any money to be bought out. We never had a formal agreement of any kind when we started this venture. What is the process to remove myself from the partnership? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

If they are not paying you anything for your units, then you can execute a transfer (which can be contained in the minutes of a company meeting).
