Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

My partner and I moved our office to storage, in order to regroup save overhead, it was his suggestion we work virtural. However we have had numerous problems, I have asked for months for a full inventory as this is part of vested capital, I still do not have it because I believe he was never fully vested. He has taken cash numerous times from our corp checking account, now he has taken all the customer/vendor files and approx. 50% of inventory from the storage. Last night I caught him at our storage taking a 8,000.00 router, and all the legal corporate documents. He has either taken this to his home or his personal storage. I have spoke with several atty's orver the coruse of this situation however this is new. I want this to stop. What are my legal choices? If in fact we need to close or dissolve this C Corp, it should be done legally, and correctly. Not steal rfom me or hide assets.

Hopefully you have copies of your corporate documents and evidence that you are, in fact, an owner of the business. You should consider seeking an immediate Temporary Restraining Order/Temporary Injunction to preserve the status quo and prevent the loss of corporate assets. Additionally, you may have causes of action for self dealing, conversion, breach of contract, conversion and violation of fiduciary duties. I would be happy to discuss this with you more fully. I do not charge for office consultations or initial conference calls. I am located in Houston, but am a trial lawyer and do travel all over the state of Texas for clients and courts.
