Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
partner not willing to let me withdraw my partnership
We are in restaurant business. I would like to withdraw my partnership but the other partner is not willing. What should I do? I am willing to walk out without getting any money in terms of my investment. Please advise.

Re: partner not willing to let me withdraw my partnership
This is fairly common. I would have to review your business formation documents to see how you can go about taking this apart. Is there some reason the other person doesn't want you to leave? Also, does this establishment have an alcoholic beverages license?
Re: partner not willing to let me withdraw my partnership
We would have to look at the entity/business formation documents and any other relevant agreements between the partners. Let us know if you need assistance with this matter.
