Partnership in Business
Two companies want to parnter to go after a big account, can they form a seperate LLC just to handle that account?

They certainly can. An LLC can be formed for any legal business purpose, and the members of an LLC can be individuals, corporations, trusts, etc. If you need local counsel to assist with your new venture, please feel free to contact my office.
