Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am in a partnership with another person. my partner has decided to go to business on her own. our licensing, registrations, and insurance are in both our names, except utilities. what are my legal rights?

Consider filing a suit for dissolution of the partnership; in connection with the lawsuit, you can ask for an injunction against your partner doing certain things such as engaging in a competing business, stealing clients, using licenses, etc.
