Partnership Termination
What process/forms is/are needed to dissolve a partnership when one partner has walked away from the business totally and cannot be found/ contacted to sign the proper paperwork for the remaining partner to be able to continue business?
(sole proprietorship?)

Get to a business lawyer promptly. You're probably dead in the water and sinking fast; that's one of the hazards of a general partnership. If one partner folds, the partnership dissolves. How you handle the dissolution will determine whether you will be able to continue business under the partnership name.
