Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

for the past week I have been working with the used car dept at a local Chevorlet Dealer trying to trade in 2 vehicles and purchase a good used vehicle; we came to terms so they filled out the quote sheet in which I had to initial which authorizes them to run credit. we spent the next several days tying up loose ends and today when I called to confirm they had everything I found out they sold it out from under me...............is that legal? I know it is not in the real estate world. please help asap. Thanks.

The answer to this question depends on what it says in the "quote sheet." You need to read it very carefully, or take it to a lawyer.

The other attorney is right on point here. A review of all facts, the quote sheet, etc. is required. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
