Paying commission
If a hourly/commission sales associate quits without giving 2 weeks notice am I required to pay commission on delivered merchandise that is delivered after they quit?

If they made the sale, you owe them their commission, unless you have a written contract that says otherwise. The two weeks notice is a common courtesy, not a legal obligation.
