PJ determines where you can be sued. If you don't know the answer to this already, you need legal advice regarding your website and online business. My firm focues on Internet and entertainment law.

Shady business dealings, or broadcasting libelous statements and you have full control over what's published. That's just for starters.
If you have serious concerns, you'd best speak with a lawyer that has knowledge of internet law.
