If you are using your personal vehicle for business use during business hours and you have an accident, is the company responsible for the damages?

Probably both the driver and the employer will be responsible.
The driver will always be responsible for acts of the driver.
The employer/company will be responsible if the accident occurred while the driver/employee was acting in the "course and scope of employment".
