Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Photo Release Forms
I specialize in wine education and promotion, so I take many pictures of the participants in my wine classes and Vino Ventures. As of today, there hasn't been any complaints; however, I want to take the safe road and request they sign a release form. Is there such a form, and where can I find it?

Re: Photo Release Forms
There are many such release forms. Ask a professional photographer for one.
The alternative is to go to the county law library and browse the form books.
