Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Photography site - post pics of children under the age of 18
My husband is looking into starting a business where he will have a website. The site will post pictures of kids that he has taken at sporting events. What legal considerations should be taken in regards to posting pictures of minor's on his site? He has intended to make the main page non password protected, but if you want to view pictures of your child/team, then the site is password protected. Is this sufficient? What sort of verbiage should be included on the site to cover ourselves?

Your husband will need written releases from the parents of the minor children, or else he's invading their privacy.
