Picutres used on Business web site
I have a small business website with picutes of my products.
Can another small business use my picutures on thier web site without my consent?

No, they cannot, unless your pictures are of the kind such that they are accessible or open to the general public. In other words, if these picture are yours to the extent that they have been taken by you and only used by you, then you would probably be protected. Your next step would be to send a letter to the offender asking him/her to stop using your pictures. If they refuse, then you have a decision to make: Is it worth it to you to pay an attorney to file for an injunction? Hope this helps.
